Operational Proof
Real PSFM presence supporting recruitment confidence.
Selected PSFM field, office, and coordination visuals reinforce the route without making unsupported job, visa, salary, or deployment promises.

Multiple accessible reporting routes
Provide supervisor, HR, accommodation, emergency and external escalation contacts in a language workers can understand. A single line controlled by the subject of a complaint is not an effective grievance mechanism.
Issue categories and urgency
Separate immediate safety or medical danger, violence or trafficking indicators, wage or deduction concerns, document access, housing, discrimination and routine service issues. Publish emergency escalation without presenting PSFM as a government authority.
Evidence and confidentiality
Record the report, consent, dates, supporting material, access restrictions and requested outcome. Share only what is necessary and protect sensitive identity, health and immigration information.
Non-retaliation
State that good-faith reporting should not lead to punishment, threats, document withholding or disadvantage. Escalate retaliation allegations independently from the original issue.
Remedy ownership
Assign an accountable person, next action and deadline; communicate progress and closure evidence. Recruitment teams should not mark an issue resolved merely because the worker has stopped responding.
Trend and correction review
Aggregate recurring wage, housing, transport, supervisor or fee issues without exposing individuals. Feed verified lessons back into employer validation, contract templates, accommodation checks and public corrections.

Common recruitment questions
Does this guide confirm an active Bangladesh intake route?
No. The public status remains Announced until an implementing authority publishes an active route, effective date and actionable process. General Malaysian employer rules and individual approvals do not by themselves prove a market-wide operational intake.
Can PSFM guarantee employer approval, quota, VDR, visa or worker arrival?
No. Those decisions are controlled by the relevant Malaysian and Bangladesh authorities, the employer's eligibility, the candidate's eligibility and the official process in force.
What should an employer record during verification?
Record the source URL, publishing authority, document date, effective date, company identity, sector or subsector, worksite, named responsible person and the next review date. A screenshot or forwarded message is not a substitute for the original source.
