Authority-first evidence

Operational claims require Malaysian or Bangladesh implementing-authority evidence. Government news and established reporting may explain announcements but cannot independently convert Announced to Operationally Confirmed.

Original content standard

PSFM stores metadata, short excerpts and source links, then writes its own employer or candidate implications. It does not copy full articles, lightly rewrite publisher text or reuse unlicensed news images.

Fact-check and approval

The editorial desk checks the original URL, publisher, named authority, date, effective date, scope, conflicts, terminology and current status. Production requires an explicit approval state; discovery records remain private.

Commercial separation

An evidence article may link to an employer guide, but it may not fabricate a demand, client, agency authority, vacancy, fee, quota or result. Candidate registration remains separate from employer procurement.

Dates, review and corrections

Publication and modification dates reflect real work. Permanent URLs receive dated updates and a correction note when evidence changes; pages are not artificially refreshed for ranking.

Human identity and Person schema

PSFM will publish a named Person fact-checker only after the individual's public identity, title, responsibility and consent are verified. Until then, review is attributed transparently to the PSFM Bangladesh Editorial Desk as an organisation.

Common recruitment questions

Does this guide confirm an active Bangladesh intake route?

No. The public status remains Announced until an implementing authority publishes an active route, effective date and actionable process. General Malaysian employer rules and individual approvals do not by themselves prove a market-wide operational intake.

Can PSFM guarantee employer approval, quota, VDR, visa or worker arrival?

No. Those decisions are controlled by the relevant Malaysian and Bangladesh authorities, the employer's eligibility, the candidate's eligibility and the official process in force.

What should an employer record during verification?

Record the source URL, publishing authority, document date, effective date, company identity, sector or subsector, worksite, named responsible person and the next review date. A screenshot or forwarded message is not a substitute for the original source.
