22 August 2026 — cluster evidence lock

Status retained as Announced. The cluster distinguishes Malaysia's general five-sector foreign-worker framework and individual official notices from proof of a market-wide operational Bangladesh intake route.

22 August 2026 — services boundary

Service-role content was labelled as employer planning and given a mandatory subsector-verification notice. Security, domestic work and any unverified customer-facing occupation are not implied.

22 August 2026 — state jurisdiction

Sabah and Sarawak pages were given separate state-process warnings. Peninsular Act 446 and immigration instructions are not represented as complete state compliance.

How future entries work

A material correction will name the page, previous meaning, corrected meaning, evidence URL, verified date and responsible editorial review. Styling or spelling changes are not presented as evidence updates.

No artificial date refresh

An unchanged article keeps its original dates. A genuine factual update changes the visible modification date and adds a chronology entry so users and search engines can understand the reason.

Report process

Employers, workers and authorities can send the page URL, disputed wording and original evidence to info@psfmbd.com. PSFM acknowledges review without promising the outcome before verification.

Common recruitment questions

Does this guide confirm an active Bangladesh intake route?

No. The public status remains Announced until an implementing authority publishes an active route, effective date and actionable process. General Malaysian employer rules and individual approvals do not by themselves prove a market-wide operational intake.

Can PSFM guarantee employer approval, quota, VDR, visa or worker arrival?

No. Those decisions are controlled by the relevant Malaysian and Bangladesh authorities, the employer's eligibility, the candidate's eligibility and the official process in force.

What should an employer record during verification?

Record the source URL, publishing authority, document date, effective date, company identity, sector or subsector, worksite, named responsible person and the next review date. A screenshot or forwarded message is not a substitute for the original source.
