Discovery is not evidence
Google News or another search result may identify a source. Editors open the original publisher page and do not base public claims on a snippet, copied page, social post or anonymous job listing.
Source hierarchy
Malaysian Immigration, JTKSM or MOHR lead Malaysian process claims; Bangladesh ministries, BMET, BOESL and official notices lead Bangladesh steps. BSS may document named government announcements. Conflicting authority evidence outranks older commentary.
Operational threshold
Operationally Confirmed requires an implementing authority, active effective date and actionable intake process. A bilateral statement, sector list, isolated employer approval or individual vacancy does not prove a market-wide active route.
Sector and subsector test
Editors compare the employer's activity and proposed occupation with the current official sector or service-subsector rules. A general services heading is never stretched to cover an unverified role.
Chronology and contradiction
Each evidence record stores publication and verification dates. A later pause, replacement or scope correction updates the permanent status page and labels the older record Superseded rather than deleting history.
Staleness and next review
Time-sensitive pages carry a last-reviewed date and next review trigger. Broken sources, undated circulars, changed portals or missing effective instructions prevent status escalation and are recorded for follow-up.

Common recruitment questions
Does this guide confirm an active Bangladesh intake route?
No. The public status remains Announced until an implementing authority publishes an active route, effective date and actionable process. General Malaysian employer rules and individual approvals do not by themselves prove a market-wide operational intake.
Can PSFM guarantee employer approval, quota, VDR, visa or worker arrival?
No. Those decisions are controlled by the relevant Malaysian and Bangladesh authorities, the employer's eligibility, the candidate's eligibility and the official process in force.
What should an employer record during verification?
Record the source URL, publishing authority, document date, effective date, company identity, sector or subsector, worksite, named responsible person and the next review date. A screenshot or forwarded message is not a substitute for the original source.
