Identify the lawful requesting employer
Use the exact legal company name, registration identity, authorised signatory, business activity, Malaysian address and worksite. State the intended receiving or government channel without implying an authority or partnership that has not been confirmed.
Attach a role schedule
For each job, include title, daily tasks, number, experience, practical assessment, work location, hours, shift, rest day, contract term, probation, salary, overtime basis and permissible deductions.
Disclose welfare and receiving terms
State accommodation address or plan, occupancy, food or allowance, work transport, insurance, medical responsibility, PPE, induction and grievance contacts. Marketing phrases such as good benefits are not contract evidence.
Add interview and decision authority
Name the selection method, authorised panel, scoring approach, interview dates, substitution rule and final decision owner. A recruitment coordinator should not alter the employer's approved criteria to fill a batch.
Control supporting documents
Keep the approval, quota or application evidence, power of attorney or service instruction where applicable, specimen contract and job schedule under version control. Redact sensitive identifiers when sharing for initial review.
Consistency review before issue
Compare the demand letter with Section 60K, quota, worksite, accommodation and contract records. Resolve every difference before candidates see the terms; a later change requires documented employer approval and candidate consent.

Common recruitment questions
Does this guide confirm an active Bangladesh intake route?
No. The public status remains Announced until an implementing authority publishes an active route, effective date and actionable process. General Malaysian employer rules and individual approvals do not by themselves prove a market-wide operational intake.
Can PSFM guarantee employer approval, quota, VDR, visa or worker arrival?
No. Those decisions are controlled by the relevant Malaysian and Bangladesh authorities, the employer's eligibility, the candidate's eligibility and the official process in force.
What should an employer record during verification?
Record the source URL, publishing authority, document date, effective date, company identity, sector or subsector, worksite, named responsible person and the next review date. A screenshot or forwarded message is not a substitute for the original source.
